This site has no forms, no accounts, no analytics and no advertising. We do not set cookies. Fonts, images and films are served from this site, not from third parties.
To make the page transitions work, your browser keeps a small note in its session storage that you moved from one page to another. It holds no personal data and is deleted when you close the tab.
The site is hosted by Cloudflare. To deliver pages and protect the site from abuse, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, browser type and the pages you request. Cloudflare handles this data under its own privacy policy, available at cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.
If you write to us, we receive your email address, your name if you give it, and whatever you send: briefs, product files, images. We use it to reply, to prepare a proposal and, if we work together, to deliver the project and invoice it.
We process this data to take the steps you ask for before a contract and to perform it (GDPR art. 6(1)(b)), and for our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (art. 6(1)(f)). Invoices and related records are kept as long as Romanian accounting law requires. Other correspondence is kept only as long as it is useful for the conversation or the project.
We do not sell your data or share it for marketing. It is only handled by the services we use to run the studio, such as email and file storage, and only to do the things above.
You can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your data, to restrict how we use it, or object to how we use it. Write to mihai@ratesque.com. You can also complain to the Romanian data protection authority, ANSPDCP (dataprotection.ro).
If this policy changes, the new version will be posted on this page with a new date.
