This site is a portfolio. The images, films, 3D work, text and design on it belong to Ratesque or to the clients they were made for. Client names and logos belong to their owners. You may not copy, reuse or publish any of it without written permission.
The site describes work we have done and services we provide. It is not an offer. The scope, fees, timing and usage rights of a project are agreed in writing for each project.
Some pages link to client websites and other sites. We do not control them, and they may have changed since we worked on them. We are not responsible for their content.
We keep the site accurate and working, but it is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for losses arising from using it or from relying on its content.
These terms are governed by Romanian law. Disputes go to the competent courts in Bucharest.
